We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, content or materials on the site.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order with us, you are (1) offering to purchase a product, (2) representing that you are of legal age to form a binding contract, and (3) representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate, and you are the authorised user of the payment method provided. The receipt by you of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We retain the right to refuse any order request made by you.
Prior to our acceptance of an order, verification of information may be required. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, modify, or decline your order, or any portion thereof, even after receipt of an order confirmation from us, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. In the event an item lists an incorrect price, whether due to typographical or other error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Payment
We allow for the use of multiple payment options for the products on our site.
Online Bank Transfer: We allow for online transfers direct to our Republic Bank Account in TT currency. Transactions must explicitly reference the order number in the description so that we can validate receipt of funds. Failure to provide adequate information in the transfer details could lead to delays in the fulfilment of your order, or your offer to purchase a product being refused. We are not responsible for any typographical errors you may make in the entry of the bank account number, if this occurs please liaise directly with your bank to resolve.
Third Party Services: We have engaged third-party service providers to perform many of the services related to payment processing, including card processing, disbursements, currency exchange, identity verification, fraud analysis, and regulatory compliance. By using a third-party service, you may also be subject to an agreement with the third party such as WiPay. If there are insufficient funds in your bank account when our provider processes the payment for your purchase, we reserve the right to contact you directly and to seek payment. We may share your personal or transactional information with those third-party service providers for purposes related to payments processing.
Shipping and Delivery
We endeavour that your product gets to you as soon as possible.
Third Party Delivery: We have engaged a third-party delivery service and may share certain relevant information to allow them to perform their service, including but not limited to address, location and contact information. By providing such information, you grant consent for us to share this information with the third party, such as UPSL . We cannot be held responsible for delays with the third party, even if caused by weather, public events, or otherwise.
Custom delivery: For large orders, or bulky items, we can arrange custom delivery. Costs for such delivery will be estimated depending on the specific order.
Pickup Location: If you select a pickup location, you will be provided an address and information on the hours during which the item can be collected.

We make no claim and accept no responsibility regarding the quality, nature or reliability of hyperlinks from the Site or links to other third-party Sites. These are provided to you as a convenience, and inclusion of these in our Site is by no means an endorsement of the external sites.
Promotional Material
Occasionally we offer promotional material through emails, posts, messages, texts, catalogues or advertisements to keep you informed about our product offers. We have engaged a third party service to provide these services and therefore you may also be subject to an agreement with the third party such as MailChimp. You have the opportunity to opt out of this at the time of registration on our site, or at any time by clicking on the opt out link in any promotional material that is sent.
Returns/Exchanges/Refunds
The company will only accept returns within the first 14 days for regular items, and only if the item is unused, has the original labelling attached, and is not damaged or soiled. We will not pay for transportation of returned items. If returning, choose a prepaid, insured, traceable delivery service and email us at sales@shorelinelinens.com with the original order number and the return tracking details. Returns are not possible for custom items. If there is a concern with the quality of an item, we retain the right to replace, repair or otherwise remedy the item at our sole discretion. Sale items are non-refundable. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the company, and will usually be made to the original form of payment. No cash refunds will be entertained. 20% restocking fee will be applied on returned items.

This site and all materials, including, but not limited to, its software or HTML code, scripts, text, artwork, photographs, images, video and audio is the property of Shoreline Linens & Supplies Ltd, and is protected by copyright laws. The information may only be used for personal and informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, display, post or modify, or create derivative works from, sell or otherwise exploit the Site or any materials therein.
Disclaimer of Liability
This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, computer virus, hacking, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behaviour, negligence or under any cause of action. You also specifically acknowledge that the company is not liable for the defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct of other customers or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with the customers. Neither Shoreline Linens & Supplies nor any of its agents, employees, affiliates or content providers shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of use of the service or inability to gain access to or use of the service, or out of any breach of warranty.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any Dispute will be governed by Trinidad and Tobago law, without regard to its choice of law or conflicts of law principles.
